How To Play?

  1. Before the start of the round, it is necessary to assemble a team of 3-5 people. All participants must confirm their phone numbers, as well as fill out questionnaires as much as possible.
  2. At the beginning of the round, you receive a notification about the start of the game and the history of the company.
  3. Analyze the history of the company and enter a solution before the deadline. Please note that all deadlines are specified in CEO time (CEO time)!
  4. After the deadline, the processing of decisions will follow. It can last up to a day, but usually takes 3-4 hours.
  5. When the decisions are processed, and a management report on the results of your decision will be available in your personal account. The first act of decision-making, i.e. the «period», is completed.
  6. Analyze the received report, enter the next decision before the next deadline, wait for the decision processing to finish, receive the next management report, etc. You can see the number of periods in the schedule of the corresponding round (stage).

Try to pay attention to every detail. Before the first decision, develop a strategy for the game, discuss with the team why you are making certain decisions. When receiving a management report, first of all look at the profit and loss statement: how much did you earn (profit)? How has revenue changed? How have certain items of expenditure changed and why? Then look at the sales: how have they changed in dynamics? Do the sales match the orders? Your task is to figure out why your profit has changed, and it does not matter, up or down.

Don’t be afraid to count! There are a lot of numerical data in the management report, but they are all calculated quite simply (in accordance with the reference book) and are quite easily predictable. For example, knowing the volume of future production, it is possible to accurately calculate the working hours of mechanics, assemblers, operating costs, raw material costs and a number of other parameters. The only hard-to-predict value is future demand (orders). Demand depends on both your decisions and those of competitors. At the same time, it is influenced by a large number of factors. Your rivals, like you, will have great difficulty predicting demand, so take the following attitude: «stocks of finished products in stock are better than unsatisfied demand.» And keep in mind that a multiple sales growth of two to three times is worth a lot of marketing efforts. It’s not enough to just hire a couple of agents. A well-thought-out marketing policy and appropriate production capacity are needed.
